Dandelion-Rose Boutique, Shipping & Refunds, here is our information about the delivery and refund details you may require if an order has been placed or received.
  
Shipping
  • We use Royal Mail delivery service.
  • Some of our products are fresh, and therefore made-to-order.
  • Please allow 7-10 business days for delivery.
    Refund Policy
    • Once a product has been opened, the item is non-refundable unless faulty.
    • Items are non-refundable unless faulty due to being fresh products and not re-saleable.
    • Please let us know directly if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, and we will rectify the situation.
    Shipping Error
    • If you have received the wrong order, we will pay for the returns and ship out the correct order once received the shipping errors back to warehouse.
    • Please note that items must be unused and returned in the original packaging.
    • Orders purchased with gift vouchers are refunded through voucher amount rather than cash.
    • Sealed products which have been opened, as well as gift vouchers, and made to order/personalised products are not suitable to be returned unless faulty.
    • Once a refund has been approved, you will receive the appropriate amount within 7 days of the item being received and inspected.
    • For an exchange, you will receive the item in the normal delivery time.
