Dilute with a carrier oil such as sweet almond oil, or peach kernel oil which are often used in the Dandelion-Rose products. Then massage into the skin in areas like the wrists, neck and temples to ease tension and bring clarity to your mind.

To absorb the oil deep into your pores, use a few drops of Calming Spice Aromatherapy Oil in a face bath for a deep clean once a week. This also reaps the benefits of inhaling the oil, soothing the respiratory tract and really enhancing feelings of wellbeing just to mention a few! Frankincense may also help you to slow down and deepen your breathing.

(The benefits are astounding, however I must ask that you do this safely by starting with 1-2 drops for a short period of time such as 30 seconds, and let some steam off first, make sure you don’t burn yourself! When you know that it works for you, you can slowly increase the time. I do ten minutes at a time. Some believe that the heat absorption can create inflammation and therefore worsen asthma, but personally it helps mine ten-fold. See what works for you, and let me know!)
